What is the best way to communicate with you?
We have a real time mail and SMS communication system to choose for your query posting or status updation 'Or' you could just SMS "TSS" to "XXXX" and one of us can call to answer your query.

When a person comes to pick up how do we know he is from Support Shop (India) Private Limited?
He would come with the pick up form with your name and trouble details mentioned on it.

What are your forms of payment?
We accept Cash, Demand Draft, Visa Credit cards & Debit cards.

What brands of Laptop do you repair?
We repair most laptop brands.

Why would I ship my notebook to you, rather than taking it to a local repair shop?
We specialize in notebook repair. Many large retail stores(big box stores) and local computer shops claim to offer notebook repair, but actually ship your notebook off to an out-of-state repair facility. At Support Shop (India) Private Limited, our in-house technicians will diagnose and repair your notebook, quickly and reliably.

How much will it cost to repair my notebook?
That's a good question. It varies with the trouble faced. We will give you an estimate and would start service only after your approval.

What is your typical turn-around time?
We post our diagnostic report via our status page and by email within 24 hrs after receiving your laptop. Once a repair is authorized we see a typical 1-2 day completion and testing time on a repair. If a part is required which is not in our in-house stock , upto 7 days can be extended to the repair time as we have to order and procure the needed part(s).

Can I get a repair quote before sending in my laptop?
We are asked this question almost daily. Because we wouldn't know what the exact problem in your laptop without taking it apart ,it is difficult for us to give you a firm repair quote.

Can you guarantee you can fix my laptop?
We can !! In some cases if an expensive part is beyond repair and needs replacement , we would give you an option to trade in and buy a new one.

Do you give onsite/customer location repair service ?
We don't provide onsite repair service. We would need high level of precision testing, reworking equipments for diagnosis and repair.

In case I decide not to repair my laptop after receiving the estimate, when can I pick up my faulty laptop?
We would need a day's time to return your laptop, since it would be in an open state after diagnosis . We will have to rebuild the unit to be ready for pick up.
